A) 35% of respondents answered: "Yes, it is a serious problem."
B) 65% of respondents answered: "No es una problema serio."

And because I can't help my nerdy self, I'll explain why.
Problema, despite ending in an "a," is a masculine noun. That's why it's seriO instead of seria: the adjective matches the noun. Thus, the article should also match, and un.

yep, I think you still got it!!! Thanks for the lesson. I took French in school. I thought it was a sexier language than Spanish.... how often do I use it? Only when I remember a few words and can use them so no one knows what the heck i'm saying. lol
